Investment & Operations Intern
Our Internship Program (3-6 months) is designed for high-potential candidates seeking hands-on exposure to institutional fund investing and the operational infrastructure behind it.
Interns work closely with both the investment and operations teams, supporting manager research, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring, while preparing for and following up on fund manager meetings.
What you’ll do:
- Support the full manager selection lifecycle, including screening, analysis, due diligence, and monitoring
- Prepare for and support fund manager meetings
- Assist with manager research, including firm overviews, strategy summaries, peer comparisons, and review of marketing and investor materials
- Support due diligence workflows by reviewing DDQs, offering memorandums, audit reports, and related documentation
- Assist with analytics using internal data tools
- Contribute to onboarding processes, data hygiene, and maintaining an institutional-grade diligence archive
- Take on ad-hoc analytical projects, market briefs, manager updates, and process improvements.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong analytical foundation and comfort working with numbers
- Ability and willingness to learn how to interpret financial statements and fund reporting
- Excellent written and spoken English

Operations Due Diligence Analyst
We are looking for an Operations Due Diligence Analyst to support institutional-grade investment decision-making by assessing and monitoring the operational, governance, control, valuation, and resilience frameworks of fund managers and key service providers.
You will identify operational risks, validate controls, assess conflicts of interest, and produce clear, evidence-based documentation that protects investors and supports the investment team. The role operates with first- and second-line rigor and close collaboration across the fund. We value strong analytical fundamentals, attention to detail, curiosity, and the ability to learn and grow in an institutional environment.
What you’ll do
- Conduct pre-investment and ongoing operational due diligence on fund managers
- Assess operating models, governance, internal controls, valuation, and liquidity terms
- Perform service provider due diligence and support manager onboarding
- Prepare concise ODD reports, risk assessments, and IC-ready documentation
- Contribute to improving ODD frameworks, tools, and processes.
